In fully managing your property we will offer you the following:- When marketing your property for the next academic year:- • A proactive approach to marketing your property, using online media and window displays. • A breakdown of what rental income to expect on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. • Our friendly team will transport prospective tenants to and from viewings. • We will carry out a credit check on every professional tenant ensuring that we get the right individual for your property. During the academic year:- • We will check-in and check-out tenants at the end of each academic year and deal with any issues in between. • We will carry out an inspection on the property every 3 months ensuring that the property is kept in a good condition. • Our team will keep you updated with any information regarding the property. • You will have the choice of whether to use our vetted workmen or contract your own to carry out maintenance issues at the property. • Contracts will be prepared by our experienced staff and, if needs be, we will take care of any other administration of a legal nature. • We will collect and process the rental income for your property and will pay this to you on a fixed day each month. • You will be provided with a comprehensive breakdown of the monthly income and expenditure at the property. • Our efficient staff will deal with all day-to-day repairs or tenant enquiries at the property. • At the end of the contract if there are any dilapidations at the property we will organize for the deduction of this from the tenant’s deposit.
