• Provide a quick turnaround time in getting all of the administration organized for you.
• Offer tenants complete advice and support on moving into a new property.
• Liaise directly with the landlord on your behalf regarding any maintenance issues.
• Aim to answer any queries or problems at the property within 24 hours of these being reported.
• Our shop is ideally located on Ecclesall Rd and our office hours are 9.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
• We have a quick and efficient way of you reporting maintenance problems by email and we will email back to you with a response of when the works will be carried out.
• Answer maintenance queries 24 hours a day with our Igloo mobile number.
• Carry out an inspection at the property every 3 months ensuring that everything at the property is in good working order.
