There will be occasions when something goes wrong in your house, or things get broken and repairs are needed. We do ask that this be advised to us as soon as possible in writing to maintenance@iglooaccommodation.co.uk, so we can fully understand the problem and our property management team can immediately track and organise for this to be sorted without unnecessary delay.

Please note that an emergency is when the incident is dangerous or life threatening, or may cause serious damage to you, your house or adjoining properties. If we are called out, out of hours, to attend to a non-emergency issue then unfortunately charges may be incurred.
