Our Charges

We strongly believe in having a transparent fee structure for all of our Landlords. There aren’t any up front or set up fees.

• Full Management – 14% inclusive of VAT;
• Let Only – 9% inclusive of VAT;
• Let Only Renewal – 9% inclusive of VAT;
• Provision of a Marketing Floor Plan – £78 (£65 plus VAT);
• Tenant Set Up (includes Deposit Protection) – £78 (£65 plus VAT).

Please note – The co-ordination of any refurbishment projects, HMO, or upgrades to properties prior to listing is not included in our charges and will be charged at a 15% fee (12.5% plus vat) of contractor invoices.

All fees will appear on each monthly statement.
